Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Our office is next to the luggage reclaim belts (same floor where customers collect their luggage).Walk-in Customers have to go to the AENA car park, located in level 0 to the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our office is situated. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Customers collecting in Madrid, Bilbao, Santander, Santiago and Oviedo may travel to the portuguese provinces of Minha, Tras-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Doura Litoral, Beira Alta, Beira LItoral and Beira Baiza.

Customers collecting at Gerona, Reus, Santander, Santiago, Oviedo, Barcelona, Zaragoza and Pamplona may travel to France and Andorra.

Customers collecting in Granada, Seville, Malaga, Almería, Marbella, Jerez and Sancti Petri may travel to Portugal and Gibraltar.

Customers collecting in Gibraltar may travel to Portugal.

Customers collecting in Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Tenerife South, Tenerife North and Fuerteventura may travel to other Canary Islands.

Customers collecting in Mallorca and Ibiza may travel to other Balearic Islands.

Any customer that intends to cross a border must pay a cover costing 9EUR per day with a minimum cost of 25EUR per rental and a maximum charge of 90EUR per rental.
